It arrived okay. At first i was not able to start it, but later i recognize, I must hold start button longer, cca 10 s, then buton start red flashing, and by presing it change between 3 heating levels. When i wear it i feel warm. on photos you can see temperatures after 5 minutes, on each level, the lowest, 20 C is when its off, room tempereture. it work with powebank with output current 1A. Im satisfied and recomended this product.
